Will I be hungry on this program?

Yes! But that should only last you the first week or so as your body adapts to the SoulScale weight loss program.

An average female loses 2lbs weekly and males will lose 5lbs/week on this program. And 2lbs of fat gives your body 7000 calories of fuel. You will be getting 800-1200 calories from meals. So in total your body will get 1000 calories from fat each day + the calories from meals, you are a total of 2000-2200 calories.

What’s the cost of the program?

The cost varies, however in each case the total cost of doing our program replaces about 60-80% of the grocery cost. Some individuals on the SoulScale weight loss program actually save money while being on our program… because they are not eating out as much, they do more meal planning, and or stop drinking alcohol or eliminate those calorie heavy drinks at Starbucks. So it’s really a reallocation of the funds, not so much a cost. Additionally, you gotta look at it like an investment.

How much weight will I lose?

I don’t like eating box’ed food.

We realize that our food is boxed, but it’s not your typical boxed food that is junk. Most of them are fortified with vitamins and give you the right amount of nutrients you need. Besides you will only do the program to lose weight. This should be temporary and once you achieve your healthy weight, you go back to eating fresh and healthy foods.

Can I have alcohol ?

We recommend you give yourself a break from alcohol while you are on SoulScale Weight Loss program for best results.

Can I continue to eat out?

Yes. You will be modifying what you get at the restaurant, but yes you certainly can!

I am on the go. Will this work for me?

Yes a lot of individuals on our program are busy, traveling, and on the go. The meals are easy to prepare. If you have access to hot water, it’s easy to prepare them.

I like cooking. Will this work for me?

Yes, a lot of our foods you can use a base and add veggies to it. There are plenty of ways you can get creative.
